What to Expect from Doctor Odyssey Season 1 Episode 12: Sophisticated Ladies
The high seas allow no rest for anyone, especially the crew of the finest ship, The Odyssey. On Doctor Odyssey Season 1 Episode 12, “Sophisticated Ladies,” the crew will find themselves face to face with not only people from their past but possibly another contagion.
After exposing a group of thieves and befriending none other than 9-1-1‘s Sergeant Athena Grant, The Odyssey is welcoming a new set of passengers: cougars, but they’re being called the “sophisticated ladies.” Captain Massey is greeted by someone from his past.
Max is seen flirting with another of the guests and calling himself “lucky.” However, this glitz and glamour doesn’t last long, as soon after, Max is seen wearing a face mask.
Tristan is seen drawing blood before Max finally goes to Captain Massey to deliver the unsettling news: there’s a contagious patient aboard. Captain Massey orders him to treat the situation “tactfully.”
The medical team and other crew members are seen donning respiratory masks as a passenger struggles to breathe. An overwhelmed Max is seen walking into a room and whispering to himself, “Not this again.”
This is most likely alluding to Max’s fear that another pandemic is happening and his stress over having to live through an event like that again, considering he barely survived the last one.
