This month, you can scrub in with Netflix’s Pulse, check back in with Stabler on Law & Order: Organized Crime, or hop into the TARDIS with the Doctor on Doctor Who.

The Bondsman (Prime Video) – April 3

A bounty hunter is resurrected by the Devil, then tasked with hunting down escaped demons and sending them back to Hell. The Bondsman premieres on April 3 on Prime Video with all episodes.

Series Description: Murdered bounty hunter Hub Halloran (Kevin Bacon) is resurrected by the Devil to trap and send back demons that have escaped from the prison of Hell. By chasing down those demons with the help and hinderance of his estranged family, Hub learns how his own sins got his soul condemned — which pushes him to seek a second chance at life, love, and country music.

Netflix’s new medical series Pulse also makes our list. It follows the staff at a Miami hospital that goes into lockdown when a hurricane heads its way. The ER staff is tested as secrets are revealed after a third-year resident is suddenly suspended. Pulse premieres on April 3 on Netflix.

Series Description: As a hurricane barrels towards Miami’s busiest Level 1 Trauma Center, third-year resident Dr. Danny Simms (Willa Fitzgerald) is unexpectedly thrust into a promotion when beloved Chief Resident Dr. Xander Phillips (Colin Woodell) is suspended.

Amid the worsening storm and an onslaught of trauma cases, the hospital goes into lockdown, and Danny and Phillips must find a way to work together – even as the bombshell details of a complicated and illicit romance between them begin to spill out.

The rest of the ER is left to process the fallout of their relationship while balancing their own challenges, both personal and professional, as they work under the pressure of life-or-death stakes. Because for this tight-knit group of doctors, saving their patients’ lives is often less complicated than living their own.

June re-joins the fight to destroy Gilead. The final season of The Handmaid’s Tale premieres with three episodes on April 8 on Hulu, with new episodes releasing weekly.

Season Description: In the final season of The Handmaid’s Tale, June’s unyielding spirit and determination pull her back into the fight to take down Gilead. Luke and Moira join the resistance.

Serena tries to reform Gilead while Commander Lawrence and Aunt Lydia reckon with what they have wrought, and Nick faces challenging tests of character. This final chapter of June’s journey highlights the importance of hope, courage, solidarity, and resilience in the pursuit of justice and freedom

Hacks Season 4 (Max) – April 10

Deborah’s finally got her chance at a late-night talk show, and she’s already proven that she’ll do whatever it takes to make it successful, even betraying Ava. Hacks Season 4 premieres with two episodes on April 10 on Max with new episodes releasing weekly.

Season Description: Tensions rise as Deborah and Ava endeavor to get their late night show off the ground and make history doing it.

North of North (Netflix) – April 10

It’s hard to start over when you live in a small town where everyone knows everything about you, but Siaja is determined not to let her town keep her from living her life. North of North premieres on April 10 on Netflix.

Series Description: A young Inuk woman wants to build a new future for herself after a spontaneous — and extremely public — exit from her marriage. But it won’t be easy in a small Arctic town where everybody knows your business.

Your Friends and Neighbors (Apple TV+) – April 11

After Coop gets fired from his job, he begins stealing from his neighbors and learning some of their secrets along the way. Your Friends and Neighbors premieres with two episodes on April 11 on Apple TV+, with new episodes releasing weekly. 

Series Description: After being fired in disgrace, a hedge fund manager still grappling with his recent divorce, resorts to stealing from his neighbors’ homes in the exceedingly affluent Westmont Village, only to discover that the secrets and affairs hidden behind those wealthy facades might be more dangerous than he ever imagined.

Doctor Who (Disney+) – April 12

The Doctor is back, and he’s on a mission to get Belinda back to Earth, which turns out to be a surprisingly difficult. Doctor Who premieres on April 12 on Disney+ with new episodes releasing weekly.

Season Description: The Doctor meets Belinda Chandra and begins an epic quest to get her back to Earth. But a mysterious force is stopping their return and the time-travelling TARDIS team must face greater dangers, bigger enemies and wilder terrors than ever before.

Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2 (Peacock) – April 17

Elliot Stabler and the Organized Crime Control Bureau are back, but this time he is solving cases on Peacock. Law & Order: Organized Crime premieres with two episodes on April 17 on Peacock.

Season Description: The hit drama series Law & Order: Organized Crime moves to Peacock for its fifth season.

Reprising the role he originated on Law & Order: SVU, Christopher Meloni stars as Det. Elliot Stabler, who returned to New York after a decade abroad to rebuild his life following a devastating personal loss. As lead detective in Sgt. Ayanna Bell’s (Danielle Moné Truitt) Organized Crime Control Bureau, he works to dismantle New York’s most vicious and violent illegal enterprises while fending off dangers that often follow him home.

Helping to expose the dark and complex criminal world of their targets are undercover expert Bobby Reyes (Rick Gonzalez) and tech genius Jet Slootmaekers (Ainsley Seiger). While on assignment, Stabler leans on his brother Randall (Dean Norris) to keep the Stabler family safe and thriving.

Season five explores the dangerous worlds of cross-border smuggling, high-tech domestic terrorism and a crime family intent on repaying Stabler for the injury he did them in Rome. As his worlds collide, Stabler will put everything on the line to protect the vulnerable and fight for justice.

Andor Season 2 (Disney+) – April 22

Cassian is now a member of the Resistance, and they’ve got their work cut out for them this season as tensions are growing between the light and the dark. The second and final season of Andor premieres with three episodes on April 22 on Disney+ with three episodes releasing weekly.

Season Description: The second season takes place as the horizon of war draws near and Cassian becomes a key player in the Rebel Alliance. Everyone will be tested and, as the stakes rise, the betrayals, sacrifices and conflicting agendas will become profound.

Etoile (Prime Video) – April 24

The dance-world dramedy, set in New York and Paris, follows two ballet companies that are willing to do whatever it takes to save their companies, even swapping dancers. Étoile premieres with all episodes on April 24 on Prime Video.

Series Description: Set in New York City and Paris, the eight-episode Étoile follows the dancers and artistic staff of two world-renowned ballet companies, as they embark on an ambitious gambit to save their storied institutions by swapping their most talented stars.

You Season 5 (Netflix) – April 24

Joe Goldberg returns to New York City in You Season 5, but the city is full of ghosts intent on keeping him from his happy ending. The final season of You premieres on April 24 on Netflix.

Season Description: In the epic fifth and final season, Joe Goldberg returns to New York to enjoy his happily ever after… until his perfect life is threatened by the ghosts of his past and his own dark desires.
