Animal Control Season 3 Episode 1, “Giraffes, Gorillas, and Penguins,” promises to kick off the season with some animal-related chaos.
The pack is back for its third season, and they’re already trying to safely capture various animals that are now roaming the streets, like a penguin, llama, giraffe, and gorilla. Of course, there’s only one explanation for such an occurrence — zoo break! Emily has the whistle that proves it in the sneak peek below.
But the description for “Giraffes, Gorillas, and Penguins” teases that Frank, Shred, Patel, and Victoria will get the zoo break under control relatively quickly. After all, most of the details about the episode have to do with what happens afterward.
As expected, a video of Patel rescuing the gorilla goes viral. It would be anything but shocking if Victoria were the one who recorded the video and shared it as much as possible. As relatively expected, Shred and Isabelle appear to be doing so well that she visits him at work for foot massages.
Meanwhile, “Giraffes, Gorillas, and Penguins” throws the curve ball that not only are Frank and Yasmin back together, but Frank wants to end their relationship. The last time Frank saw Yasmin, she ghosted their date by climbing out of his bedroom window on Animal Control Season 2 Episode 1, “Raccoons and Mutts.”
“Giraffes, Gorillas, and Penguins” definitely has some gaps to fill in with their dynamic when it airs on Thursday, January 2, at 9/8c on FOX. The Animal Control Season 3 premiere will also see Emily find a benefactor, presumably for the precinct, in a celebrity businesswoman. How will Templeton react?
