Meanwhile, Meredith continues keeping Catherine’s secret while trying to treat her, though her scans look ominous. Continuing from Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 1, Blue’s former fiancé, Molly, has come to the hospital wanting him to help her remember their relationship.
Teddy and Owen also return, though it appears there may be some conflict about who’s chief of surgery.

Meredith and Catherine continue to disagree, and Meredith confides in Bailey for support. Richard, Winston and Lucas spend the day outside of the hospital, and Blue deals with a relationship from his past. Levi meets the new hospital chaplain.
