Colin From Accounts Season 2 will premiere in September on Paramount+.

The romantic comedy’s eight-episode sophomore season will stream on Thursday, September 26. 

On the new season, Ash and Gordon are “now living together and trying to get their beloved special needs dog, Colin, back from his new owners. It’s the first in a series of hurdles for the new couple as they find out more about each other, for better and worse,” per the synopsis.

Commissioned by the Foxtel Group and produced by Easy Tiger Productions and CBS Studios, Colin From Accounts debuted in November 2023 on Paramount+ in the US. 

The show’s eight-episode first season sees Gordon and Ashley, respectively portrayed by series creators Patrick Brammall and Harriet Dyer, have their meet-cute through “a spontaneous nipple flash,” which causes an “accident that injured the titular (no pun intended) dog,” per the show’s synopsis. 

Brammall and Dyer return to Colin From Accounts to write, executive produce, and star in Season 2. They return alongside cast members Emma Harvie, Genevieve Hegney, Michael Logo, Helen Thomson, Darren Gilshenan, Annie Maynard, Tai Hara, and Glenn Hazeldine.

Celeste Barber, Virginia Gay, Justin Rosniak, John Howard, Lynne Porteus, and Broden Kelly will join the ensemble in the upcoming season.

Paramount+ renewed the comedy series in January 2024. “We’re SUPER EXCITED that Paramount+ has the good taste and exquisite judgment to renew us for another season,” Brammall and Dyer said.

“Colin From Accounts quickly won over audiences with its quirky, relatable storylines and lovable characters. Patrick and Harriet are crafting another phenomenal season, and we can’t wait to share what is next for Ashley, Gordon, and Colin,” Jeff Grossman, Executive Vice President, Programming, Paramount+ said.

Rob Gibson, Ian Collie, Patrick Brammall, Harriet Dyer, Trent O’Donnell, Alison Hurbert-Burns, and Lana Greenhalgh executive producers Colin From Accounts Season 2. Kevin Greene produces. O’Donnell returns as set-up director, with Robyn Butler and Wayne Hope, and Madeleine Dyer returns to direct an episode.

Colin From Accounts Season 2 is financed with the assistance of Screen NSW, through the Made in NSW Fund, and it is distributed outside of Australia and New Zealand by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
