All American: Homecoming Season 3 Sets July Premiere Date on The CW

All American: Homecoming Season 3 will premiere this summer!

The CW announced that the All American spinoff series will return on Monday, July 8, at 9/8c. The show’s return has been highly anticipated since All American: Homecoming Season 2 Episode 15, “Diary,” aired in March 2023.

The network renewed All American: Homecoming for its third season in June 2023. It was announced alongside Superman & Lois Season 4, which was eventually confirmed to be its final season on The CW.

“We are thrilled to bring All American: Homecoming and Superman & Lois back to The CW,” Brad Schwartz, President of Entertainment, The CW Network, said last year.

“These series are two of our strongest performers across our linear and digital platforms with some of the most passionate fanbases in all of television. We are grateful to our partners at Warner Bros. Television and Berlanti Productions for their continued collaboration, and we cannot wait to get started on the new seasons.”

All American Season 6, currently airing on The CW, will conclude on Monday, July 15, at 8/7c. Two additional episodes will bring the season’s run to 15 episodes. Then, All American: Homecoming will move to its regular timeslot on Mondays at 8/9c beginning on July 22. 

It joins the network’s summer slate alongside 61st Street, starring Courtney B. Vance and Aunjanue Ellis. The drama series returns with its second season on Monday, July 22, at 9/8c.

All American: Homecoming is set at Bringston University. All American‘s Gerffi Maya stars as Simone, “a young tennis hopeful from Beverly Hills, and her close circle of chosen family as they navigate the highs, lows, and sexiness of unsupervised early adulthood at the prestigious HBCU,” per the show’s synopsis. 

The show also stars Camille Hyde, Sylvester Powell, Cory Hardict, Martin Bobb-Semple, Mitchell Edwards, Netta Walker, and Rhoyle Ivy King. Peyton Alex Smith and Kelly Jenrette will not return to All American: Homecoming as series regulars but as recurring players, per TV Line.

Meanwhile, Hardict and Ivy King will appear “as series regulars on reduced guarantees, meaning they’ll appear in fewer episodes.” Maya, Powell, Walker, Edwards, and Hyde return to All American: Homecoming as series regulars.
