Preview — The Conners Season 6 Episode 6: Ben and the Boys Go Out

Getting older is never easy, especially if you feel like you are doing it alone. The Conners Season 6 Episode 6, “Hanging in Dorms With Boys and the Secret Life of Men,” dives into that headfirst as Ben’s 50th birthday fast approaches.

Ben feels like he doesn’t have enough friends in the world and that he will possibly end up alone. Darlene convinces him to check in with other guys in their lives: her dad, Neville, and Tyler, to see if they would want to spend time with him.

Meanwhile, the youngest male Conner, Mark, is exploring the excitement of being a full-time college student in the dorms. In order to make friends, he soon finds out there are certain things he needs to be okay with, underage drinking being one of them.

To ensure his friends’ party goes off without a hitch, Mark turns to Harris for help securing alcohol. This means they will either utilize fake IDs or Harris will do the buying for them. Whatever the situation, Mark’s bound to learn some hard lessons in the meantime.

Episode description: Darlene urges Ben to make some male friends as he feels anxious about turning 50. Elsewhere, Mark asks Harris to buy him and his friends beer for their dorm room.
