Dancing with the Stars Season 32 Episode 4 Recap: Disney100 Night
Dancing with the Stars celebrated Disney’s 100th anniversary as the 11 remaining couples performed to songs from beloved soundtracks of Disney’s most cherished films.
Dancing with the Stars Season 32 Episode 4, “Disney100 Night,” was full of memorable routines to songs from The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Toy Story, Frozen 2, and more.
Mickey and Minnie also made special appearances, of course!

MICKEY MOUSE, ALFONSO RIBEIRO
Here are a few of the highlights from the competition this week:
Mauricio and Emma kicked off the night with a Paso Doble to “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.” While it was a solid dance that earned praise from the judges, there was so much extra fanfare that it was hard to pay attention to the dance itself.
Mickey was on a screen behind them and background dancers joined the dance in a way that felt distracting. Ultimately, they earned a score of 19/30.
Mira and Gleb danced a Waltz to Cinderella. It was a beautiful dance that captured the magic of the film but also focused on its dancers. Carrie Ann said Mira gave off “queen energy” and the judges agreed ballroom may be her strongest style of dance. They earned a 21/30.

GLEB SAVCHENKO, MIRA SORVINO
Next up was Barry and Peta, who danced a Jazz routine to a song from Lady and the Tramp. Unfortunatley, there was a fumble that nearly had Peta landing on the floor, and the dance had a few other mistakes as well.
Still, Carrie Ann said it was his best dance so far, and they earned a score of 18/30.

BARRY WILLIAMS, PETA MURGATROYD
Later, Alyson and Sasha danced a Jazz routine to “Be Our Guest” from the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack. This was one of the most fun dances of the evening, though the judges criticized the musicality. They earned a score of 18/30.
Harry and Riley’s Toy Story dance earned plenty of praise, and was one of the most joyful routines of the night. Derek praised Harry for his frame and the connection he had to his character. The judges also noted how relaxed and comfortable he seemed during the routine. Harry and Riley earned a score of 21/30.
The highest score of the night, however, went to Xochitle and Val. Their beautiful, powerful Paso Doble to a song from Coco impressed the judges and the audience as well. They earned a score of 27/30.
Adrian and Britt danced a Viennese Waltz this week that Carrie Ann called the most touching dance of the night. She also praised Adrian’s elegance. Derek stood up and applauded, noting how much Adrian has transformed. They earned a score of 21/30.
My personal favorite dance of the night came from Ariana and Pasha, who performed a contemporary routine to “Into the Unknown” from Frozen 2. It was fierce and emotional, and the judges agreed. Derek called it “sensational.” They earned a score of 25/30.
As for the eliminations, it feels like the competition is getting tougher, and it’s harder and harder to see anyone get sent home. This week, the couple that was eliminated was Adrian and Britt.
Here are this week’s scores:
- Xochitl Gomez and Val: 27
- Ariana Madix and Pasha: 25
- Jason Mraz and Daniella: 24
- Charity Lawson and Ezra: 24
- Lele Pons and Brandon: 22
- Mira Sorvino and Gleb: 21
- Harry Jowsey and Rylee: 21
- Adrian Peterson and Britt: 21 — ELIMINATED
- Mauricio Umansky and Emma: 19
- Barry Williams and Peta: 18
- Alyson Hannigan and Sasha: 18
