‘Hazbin Hotel’ Gets a Two-Season Order at Prime Video
Pack your bags to check in to the Hazbin Hotel.
Prime Video’s newest animated series takes place in Hell, and the madness officially begins when the series premieres in January 2024.
Hazbin Hotel has received a two-season order on Prime Video, with an eight-episode first season.

Vivienne Medrano, the creator of Hazbin Hotel, serves as executive producer and directs all episodes. A24 and FOX Entertainment’s Bento Box Entertainment will produce the Prime Video series.
For A24, Joel Kuwahara, Dana Tafoya-Cameron, and Scott Greenberg also executive produce the first season.
Hazbin Hotel is an adult animated comedy series that blends musical numbers and a unique premise with distinct, sometimes outrageous characters.
The animated hit revolves around the princess of Hell, Charlie, who wants to lower the population of her kingdom. Her solution for Hell’s problem is to open up a hotel to rehabilitate its residents.

Unlike most princesses of Hell, Charlie hopes to send some demons to Heaven, but checking out of this hotel means checking into Heaven.
Charlie’s pursuits are met with mockery and doubters. However, her partner, Vaggie, believes in this goal. She also has the first test subject, the adult film star “Angel Dust,” hoping it works.
Things change when Charlie receives help from an unexpected place. A creature known as “Radio Demon” decides to assist her, making the seemingly impossible dream more of a reality.

Medrano released a pilot for Hazbin Hotel on YouTube in 2019. It’s still available on the website today. Since its debut, the animated series has had over 89 million views and a loyal fanbase.
A loyal fan base made the series a viral sensation, and now the story will continue for at least two seasons on Prime Video.
Hazbin Hotel joins Prime Video’s other animated series, The Legend of Vox Machina and Invincible.
