After a scary long hiatus, SurrealEstate stages one creepy welcome home party with its Season 2 premiere.
SurrealEstate Season 2 Episode 1, “Trust the Process,” sees Luke struggle to handle a house, while Susan’s connections to a different home run a little too deep.
Luke’s instincts fail him to “fix” this house, and Susan’s instincts may take a backseat to love at first sight with a property.

Susan’s house has a special power over her, which may explain the trance she appears to be in with the fire in the photos below. After all, she does compare a house to a soulmate in the trailer.
Assuming the haunting being in the first and last photo has something to do with either estate, the Roman Agency team has quite the “fixing” to tackle during “Trust the Process.” But the trailer teases that it’s only the beginning for this show’s sophomore season.
