‘Chucky’ Season 3 and ‘SurrealEstate’ Season 2 Set October Premiere Dates
Chucky and SurrealEstate will return just in time for the fall.
Chucky Season 3 and SurrealEstate Season 2 premiere on Wednesday, October 4.
The former’s reign of terror continues at 9/8c on USA/Syfy, while the latter’s haunted tales return at 10/9c on Syfy.
Chucky teases what’s in store for the show’s third season in the press conference video from Hackensack, New Jersey, above.
When asked about Season 3’s plot, all Chucky shares is, “D.C. is gonna get Chucked up!”
As Chucky mentions, Chucky Season 3 will air on USA/Syfy and stream the next day on Peacock, where the previous seasons are streaming now.
Chucky reveals that Jennifer Tilly will return for the show’s junior season, saying, “She always comes back.” Alternatively, Chucky doesn’t seem to know who Devon Sawa is or if he will return as a new character.
Chucky Season 2, which wrapped up in November 2022, starred Zackary Arthur, Björgvin Arnarson, Alyvia Alyn Lind, and Devon Sawa, as well as returning franchise stars Alex Vincent, Christine Elise, Fiona Dourif, and Brad Dourif as the voice of Chucky.
The Season 2 finale of the continuation of the Child’s Play franchise sees another body swap that allows Chucky to live.
UCP produces Chucky, while creator Don Mancini, Nick Antosca, Alex Hedlund, David Kirschner, and Jeff Renfoe executive produce.
Meanwhile, SurrealEstate debuted its Season 2 trailer that shows how its ensemble navigates the real estate world by making the things that go bump in the night go away to sell houses.
As Tim Rozon’s Luke Roman puts it, “The Roman Agency tends to handle a certain clientele; it gets weird sometimes.”
SurrealEstate Season 2 will get weird as the team tackles monsters under the bed and in the walls, ghosts, and what can be perceived as werewolves.
The show also stars Sarah Levy as Susan Ireland, Tennille Read as Megan Donovan, Maurice Dean Wint as August Ripley, and Adam Korson as Father Phil Orley.
