Starstruck Season 3 Trailer Released by Max
Jesse (Rose Matafeo) and Tom (Nikesh Patel) are back for a third season…and things get even more complicated.
Tom and Jesse embark on new romances in the Starstruck Season 3 trailer. However, their feelings for each other still linger. Therefore, hope remains for Tom and Jesse when the rom-com series returns next month.
The over 2-minute trailer shows a world where Jesse and Tom have been broken up for two years, and even worse, he’s planning a wedding to someone else. Additionally, Kate (Emma Sidi) and Ian (Al Robert) are getting married and having a baby.
Jesse’s life is moving slower than everyone else’s lives. However, a new guy may inspire some changes. That is, if she can navigate the complexities of her life and romances.
Starstruck Season 3 highlights all the comedic challenges Jesse faces. Things are far from easy, as moving on is hard, but life is harder. Her life is still a bit of a mess in general. Moreover, Tom doesn’t seem quite over her as well.
Jesse and Tom will need to figure out what to do and who to pick when Starstruck Season 3 premieres on Thursday, September 28, on Max. TV Line confirmed the premiere date for the romantic-comedy series in its report of the new trailer.
The anticipated third season will likely depict an interesting journey that details what caused the couple’s most recent break-up — and what they got up to in the two years apart.
Created by comedian and writer Rose Matafeo, the show debuted its first season on BBC One in April 2021 before streaming on HBO Max in June 2021. HBO Max renewed Starstruck in June 2022.
The third season began airing on BBC Three on August 28 and then on BBC One on September 1, per Radio Times. The entire season is available to stream on the BBC iPlayer.
Starstruck is among the many shows Max recently announced their premiere dates, including AMC+’s Fear the Walking Dead and Interview with the Vampire.
Starstruck Season 3 is co-written by Matafeo, Alice Snedden, and Nic Sampson, with Matafeo and Snedden also directing.
