Chicago Med Season 8 Episode 20, “The Winds of Change are Starting to Blow,” is going to examine the consequences of Jack Dayton’s vision.
It’s a critical moment for Gaffney staff as they navigate this new technological world. This has been the overarching theme of the season and things are finally set to come to a head.

Will the Gaffney team be able to advocate effectively for their patients? Or will Jack Dayton’s vision prevail in the name of profit?
Time will tell if everyone is up for this fight which is sure to have far-reaching implications.
Elsewhere, Maggie and Dr. Charles are going to go toe-to-toe over the best treatment for their patient. Will they be able to resolve their differences in time, and deliver what their patient really needs?
With precious little time left in the season, Chicago Med is setting up for an explosive ending.
