After five years in retirement, Scott McCall is forced to return to Beacon Hills when visions of Allison Argent begin to haunt him.
But he’s not the only one attending the Teen Wolf: The Movie reunion. The film will welcome a roster of familiar faces and villains from the Teen Wolf series to wreak havoc on the supernatural town once again.
Returning players include Tyler Hoechlin, Tyler Posey, Holland Roden, Crystal Reed, Orny Adams, Linden Ashby, JR Bourne, Melissa Ponzio, Seth Gilliam, and Ian Bohen (to name a few). Key absences from the film include Arden Cho and Dylan O’Brien, with new cast members Vince Mattis and Amy L. Workman subbing in.
The nostalgic trip down memory lane will witness the return of the show’s most notable antagonist, the Nogitune, as the trickster spirit resurrects Allison’s memory to win the game once and for all.
But the ancient feud between the Argents and Hales drives this story as old wars are revisited, and new battle lines are drawn.
Derek Hale will take center stage as he battles old ghosts while attempting to raise his son Eli, who struggles to accept his werewolf identity and looks to a familiar relic of his father’s past for comfort.
This reunion promises an explosive, ensemble-heavy follow-up to the teen drama. But only time will tell if it can give long-time viewers the fanfare they deserve or if this sequel is all bark, no bite.
