Kitty and Red are back 15 years after That ’70s Show’s series finale to start a new adventure with their granddaughter, Leia Forman, in Netflix’s That ’90s Show.
As TV Line confirms, the 10-episode revival series debuts on Thursday, January 19, on the streaming service.

Per Netflix’s logline, That ’90s Show picks up with Red and Kitty Forman in 1995 when Leia — Eric and Donna’s daughter — visits her grandparents for the summer.
Leia “bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids under the watchful eye of Kitty and the stern glance of Red.” The teaser trailer shows that guidance in action as Red breaks down the rules and Kitty hands out cupcakes.
That ’90s Show sets out to prove that “Sex, drugs, and rock ‘n roll never dies, it just changes clothes.”

The series marks the return of Kurtwood Smith as Red and Debra Jo Rupp as Kitty. Callie Haverda portrays Leia Forman. That ’90s Show also stars Ashley Aufderheide, Mace Coronel, Maxwell Donovan, Reyn Doi, and Sam Morelos.
Ashley Aufderheide’s Gwen is Leia’s next-door neighbor and is described as “dynamic and rebellious.” Maxwell Donovan plays Gwen’s “lovable brother,” while Sam Morelos joins as Nate’s “smart, laser-focused girlfriend.” Reyn Doi is Gwen’s “sarcastic and insightful” friend Ozzie, and Mace Coronel is “the charming” Jay.
With Leia’s new friends, she “realizes adventure could happen there just like it did for her parents all those years ago. Excited to reinvent herself, she convinces her parents to let her stay for the summer.”
“With a basement full of teens again, Kitty is happy the Forman house is now a home for a new generation, and Red is, well…Red.”

TV Line previously reported that the following That ’70s Show stars will appear on That ’90s Show as guest stars: Topher Grace as Eric, Laura Prepon as Donna, Mila Kunis as Jackie, Wilmer Valderrama as Fez, Ashton Kutcher as Kelso, and Tommy Chong as Leo.
That ’70s Show aired for eight seasons on FOX, from 1998 to 2006.
Deadline reports, “The multi-cam That ’90s Show was created by That ’70s Show alum Gregg Mettler — who serves as showrunner — That ’70s Show co-creators Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner, and their daughter Lindsay Turner.”
They are joined by That ’70s Show executive producers Marcy Carsey and Tom Werner, and Jessica Goldstein and Chrissy Pietrosh join That ’90s Show as executive producers.
