This Is Us Season 6 Episode 17, “The Train,” says goodbye to Rebecca Pearson on what promises to be the most emotional hour of this series yet.
And how could it not be a sobbing mess of an affair with Mandy Moore set to blow out the candles on a role that will define this drama’s greatness?
The penultimate episode of the series will become a revolving door of bedside tributes from the Pearson family, extended and all, to the woman that held their family together for a lifetime.
The somber affair will also give us our first full-length look at the Big Three in their flashforward storyline. Of course, this means aging makeup for everyone!
But fans may want to pay close attention to who is not present for the big farewell as Kate is nowhere to be found, and the flashforwards have long since hinted at a mystery surrounding her absence.
It wouldn’t be a true This IsUs goodbye if there wasn’t a twist or two.
