Griff and Sam’s competition reaches a fever pitch as tensions continue to rise on Good Sam Season 1 Episode 13, “To Whom It May Concern.”
Everyone’s jobs hang in the balance. Alliances are being drawn. Relationships — platonic and romantic — are being tested.Good Sam has all the makings of a classic season finale.
With it, the medical drama takes a shocking turn that will change the Griffith family’s dynamic and Lakeshore’s future forever. Beyond the season-long rift between Sam and her father, the hospital’s future could be changed by a staff turnover.
Joey has made it clear he doesn’t want to work under Griff’s leadership, so he may take the appropriate next steps to join Rhonda’s team. Also, the show has yet to check in with Isan to know where he stands.
Plus, Caleb has one foot in Boston, but he still has one foot at Sam’s door — presumably. One image below showcases as much since Good Sam means to cling to its love triangle.
But, it seems like it may be too little too late for Sam and Caleb and the start of something new with Sam and Malcolm. While it’s lovely to see Malcolm cheer on Sam’s successes, it’s more amazing to see Sam and Lex celebrate the Griffith Technique’s exposure.
Additionally, the promo video teases Lex and Nick may get to know each other better during “To Whom It May Concern.” So, there is plenty of potential for romantic possibilities during this season finale.
But, the episode’s title suggests that someone may be resigning before Good Sam closes Lakeshore’s doors for the season. Who could it be?
