Preview — This Is Us Season 6 Episode 10: Every Version of You
This Is Us concludes its final Big Three trilogy with a Randall and Rebecca road trip.
More importantly, This Is Us Season 6 Episode 10, “Every Version of You,” will look to dissect Randall’s relationship with his adoptive mother once more as the two reconcile with the finality of her diagnosis.
With cute flashbacks to reading on the couch and present-day selfie sessions, this episode will undoubtedly pack a wholesome punch.
But Randall has never let life pass him by casually. His desire to do what is best for his family will be the basis for this character study, as the series explores how his controlling behavior works against the people he is trying to help.
Rebecca may have taken the decision out of his hands regarding her health, but Deja is still very much pissed Randall meddled in her love life i.e. told Malik to leave her and never look back.
It was a bold move to keep his family together, and now Randall will pay the price as Deja confronts him with some harsh words of her own.
All this will coincide with Kevin and Kate’s episodes, which dived into their character-defining faults. Each twin ultimately embraced their flaws for new beginnings, so here is hoping Randall can learn to loosen his grip on his family.
And here’s hoping This is Us gives him an episode to champion — it has been too long for Randall Pearson!
