Preview — Superman & Lois Season 2 Episode 6: Tried and True

Previews, Superman & Lois

On Superman & Lois Season 2 Episode 6, “Tried and True,” Lana and Sarah try to comfort each other after Kyle’s bombshell at Sarah’s quinceañera.

The trio is pretty absent from the promo video, but the photos below say all we need to know. Inde Navarrette and Emanuelle Chriqui are breaking hearts in that first one.

Kyle’s attire in another all but confirms he didn’t come home after his family learned about his affair. This story is going to be a tough one to watch, but hopefully, there’s a silver lining somewhere in it.

For example, it’s nerve-wracking to think Jordan may learn about Jon using X-K and not say a word to his parents (or any other adult) about it. High school football games are notoriously the perfect place for everything to reach a peak.

Alternatively, it’s heartening to see that Clark and Jonathan might spend some quality time together during the game.

Jordan and Clark and Jonathan and Lois have spent more time together since Superman & Lois began, so now is as good a time as ever to swap up those tried and true dynamics.

One tried and true dynamic that will never get old is that of Clark and Lois. Opposing that of Kyle and Lana, Clois isn’t prominent in the photos but the glimpse at their domestic life is so sweet in the promo video!

Shockingly enough, Lucy Lane is in the photos. Her presence could and likely does have everything to do with the Inverse Society, but, for now, we’re going to think she wants to have a nice time with her sister and her dad.

Check out the photos and promo video below for a preview!

Episode description: Lois tells Clark that she and Chrissy plan to do a deeper dive into the Inverse Society, and Lana and Sarah try to comfort each other after the fallout at Sarah’s quinceañera. Meanwhile, Jordan notices something suspicious in Jonathan’s book bag. Lastly, Lt. Mitch Anderson finds himself under fire for the deterioration of the department of defense’s relationship with Superman. Dylan Walsh, Erik Valdez, Wole Parks, Tayler Buck also star. The episode was directed by Amy Jo Johnson and written by Max Kronick & Patrick Barton Leahy.
