8-Bit Christmas – Wednesday, November 24

Neil Patrick Harris, Steve Zahn, and June Diane Raphael are among the stacked cast behind a new holiday story about a boy and his mission to get the perfect gift: the Nintendo. 8-Bit Christmas makes its streaming debut Wednesday, November 24 on HBO Max.

Movie Description: 8-BIT CHRISTMAS is a humorous and heartfelt look back at the adventures of childhood. Set in suburban Chicago in the late 1980s, the story centers on ten-year-old Jake Doyle’s (Fegley) herculean quest to get the latest and greatest video game system for Christmas.

Halle Berry’s directorial debut takes the actress/director to the world of mixed martial arts as Jackie Justice, a woman who was left to the sport in disgrace and gets pulled back in through underground fighting. Bruised makes its streaming debut Wednesday, November 24 on Netflix.

Movie Description: Jackie Justice (Halle Berry) is a mixed martial arts fighter who leaves the sport in disgrace. Down on her luck and simmering with rage and regret years after the fight, she’s coaxed into a brutal underground fight by her manager and boyfriend Desi (Adan Canto) and grabs the attention of a fight league promoter (Shamier Anderson) who promises Jackie a life back in the octagon. But the road to redemption becomes unexpectedly personal when Manny (Danny Boyd, Jr.) — the son she gave up as an infant — shows up at her doorstep.

Kate Bishop’s formal introduction to the MCU is here in this new limited series where she teams up with Clint Barton in an effort to take down a few bad guys and take the targets off their backs. Hawkeye debuts Wednesday, November 24 on Disney+.

Series Description: Marvel Studios’ “Hawkeye” stars Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, who teams up with another well-known archer from the Marvel comics, Kate Bishop, played by Hailee Steinfeld. The cast also includes Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, Brian d’Arcy James and newcomer Alaqua Cox as Maya Lopez.

Hanna – Wednesday, November 24

It’s time to say goodbye to Hanna, but not before she continues her mission to take down the people that indoctrinated her and gains her freedom. Will she make it? Hanna returns Wednesday, November 24 on Prime Video.

Season Description: The third and final season of HANNA continues the journey of an extraordinary young woman, played by Esmé Creed-Miles, who was created by the sinister organization Utrax and trained to be an assassin. Hanna is now secretly trying to destroy Utrax from the inside and free herself from its grasp with the help of her previous nemesis, former-CIA agent Marissa Wiegler (Mireille Enos). It’s that time of year again! Get ready for your Thursday to be filled with floats, balloons, and bands with Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade airs Thursday, November 25 at 9/8c on NBC.

Christopher Frierson and Clark Slater followed the late rapper, DMX, in 2019 in the aftermath of his release from prison as he began working on getting back into his music and reconnecting with every part of his life. DMX: Don’t Try to Understand debuts Thursday, November 25 at 8/7c on HBO.

Documentary Description: HBO’s DMX: DON’T TRY TO UNDERSTAND, directed by Christopher Frierson and co-directed by Clark Slater, and executive produced by Bill Simmons (HBO’s “Andre The Giant,” “Showbiz Kids”), focuses on a year in the life of rapper Earl “DMX” Simmons as he is released from prison in early 2019 and attempts to rebuild his career in the music industry and reconnect with family and fans.
