‘Ahsoka’ Adds Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader
Hayden Christensen’s return to the Star Wars universe won’t end with Obi-Wan Kenobi. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor will also reprise Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader in the Disney+ series Ahsoka.
Ahsoka follows former Jedi Ahsoka Tano, played by Rosario Dawson, and that is literally all the plot details we know. It is written by Dave Filioni, who also executive produces with Jon Favreau.

Ahsoka Tano was first introduced in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars as a padawan of Anakin. Over time she became disillusioned with the Jedi Order and left.
She debuted in live-action in The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 5, “Chapter 13: The Jedi.” The character is one of the franchise’s most popular, with her spinoff series rumored shortly after her appearance.
Ahsoka, like The Mandalorian, is set five years after Return of the Jedi, so Vader is dead. We can only assume Christensen will appear in flashbacks or perhaps force visions.

As for Obi-Wan Kenobi, it takes place 10 years after Revenge of the Sith, when Obi-Wan is watching over Luke on Tatooine. And yes, that’s all the plot details we know.
Ahsoka is due to start production in early 2022, while Obi-Wan Kenobi will premiere in 2022.
