Walker returns from hiatus just in time for Cordell’s past to catch up to him on Walker Season 1 Episode 13, “Defend the Ranch.” Clint holds Cordell and his family hostage as a means to avenge his wife’s death. It’s difficult to imagine what Clint’s endgame is in all of this, but the optics aren’t great for the Walker family.
Something tells me that Hoyt’s drama with Walker about his kiss with Geri will have to wait for another time. Hoyt is angry and hurt, but Cordell is still his best friend, his family. The entire Walker family is Hoyt’s family, actually. There’s no way he’s going to let his short fuse be the reason any of them get hurt, right?
There isn’t much of Micki in the photos below or in the promo video, but maybe that’s because however she plays into “Defend the Ranch” is better kept a secret. It wouldn’t be entirely shocking if Micki was able to diffuse the situation and save the day.
On a completely different note, it’s sort of epic to see all of these The CW stars in one scene. Austin Nichols, Matt Barr, Jared Padalecki, Lindsey Morgan, Molly Hagan, and Mitch Pileggi have all made their mark on the network on one or more shows. How cool is that?
