Preview — Tell Me A Story Season 2 Episode 6: Lost and Found

Tell Me A Story Season 2 Episode 6, “Lost and Found,” hinges on multiple characters escaping from their captors. Elsewhere, other characters work to apprehend the culprits of more than just kidnapping.

If it’s not clear by now, Tell Me A Story is not interested in telling fairy tales that are for the faint of heart.

Beau tries to track down the actual culprit in Ashley’s attack. His determined mission is a bit derailed after his father’s injury on Tell Me A Story Season 2 Episode 5, “New Pages.” Though, Beau isn’t the only one looking for someone escaping their crimes.

Meanwhile, Jackson does everything he can to get answers about Simone’s disappearance. The promo video shows eerie comparisons between the rooms Simone and Olivia are held in.

Most importantly, he confronts Veronica about her potential involvement. In Jackson’s defense, Veronica is the only logical suspect since she seems pretty bothered that Simone knows more about Clay Callaway than Veronica prefers.

Simone’s sinister version of Cinderella takes another turn when her disappearance forces her Prince Charming to team up with an unlikely ally. The most probable unlikely ally would be Ron Garland, because Simone’s relationship with Derek is more positive – if it can even be called that.

The photos spoil that Jackson and Simone will reunite during “Lost and Found,” but it’s hard to tell under what circumstances. 

Elsewhere, on the other end of the spectrum, Olivia doesn’t want to be found – at least not by Tucker. It’s unfortunate that her great escape results in Brendan being captured.

The promo video and photos don’t give too many signs about Brendan’s wellbeing, but whatever Tucker is doing with that tarp can’t be good.

Fingers crossed that at least one of these deserving characters ends up with a happily ever after by the end of the season.

Episode description: Beau (Eka Darville) is determined to track down Ashley’s (Natalie Alyn Lind) assailant after the shootout. Jackson (Matt Lauria) confronts Veronica (guest star Gabrielle Beauvais) about Simone’s (Ashley Madekwe) disappearance and gets help from an unlikely ally.

Olivia (guest star Danielle Campbell) makes her escape with Tucker (Paul Wesley) in pursuit, while Maddie (Odette Annable) seeks some motherly advice from Rebecca (Carrie-Anne Moss).

The episode was written by Mark Hudis and directed by Millicent Shelton.
