Previews, Supergirl

Supergirl returns from its winter hiatus with a resurrected Lex Luthor on Supergirl Season 5 Episode 10, “The Bottle Episode.”

Following the events of the crossover that not only revealed to our heroes that Lex was alive, Lex is now a hero and head of what was the DEO on the new post-crisis earth. None of which, of course, sits well with Kara who knows who Lex really is what he did on the previous multiverse.

Publically, Lex continues to play the part of benevolent humanitarian and Supergirl ally, but behind the scenes, he’s still the same old Lex trying to undermine Kara by getting into Lena’s head and manipulating her to his side. The question is how much, if anything, does Lena remember about her fight with Kara, and will Lex be more successful convincing this version of Lena to join him than he was with the last.
