Crisis On Infinite Earths: Harbinger Joins The Arrowverse Crossover
Another familiar face will be joining the biggest crossover the Arrowverse has ever seen before.
According to Comic Book Resources, Arrow‘s Audrey Marie Anderson will be joining in on the “Crisis on Infinite Earths” fun as Harbinger.
Anderson has made various appearances as ARGUS agent Lyla Michaels on Arrow since the show’s first season. It’s eventually revealed that her nickname out in the field is Harbinger, connecting her Arrowverse character to that in the comics.
In the comic books, Harbinger, also known as Lyla Michaels, is a superhero that is given powers after The Monitor saves her as a child from a sinking ship.
She’s eventually tasked with helping The Monitor oversee the Multiverse and warn heroes of the impending danger and uses her ability to inhabit many different bodies to accomplish her goal, something that becomes of great importance in the “Crisis On Infinite Earths” story.
Of course, given what we know about the Lyla Michaels already in the Arrowverse, the question becomes which Lyla will be taking on the role of Harbinger or has she been playing the long game this entire time?
Along with the superhero name, Lyla will also be suiting up, and The CW has released a photo of just what her suit will look like.
Arrow begins its final 10-episode run on Tuesday, October 15 at 9/8c on The CW. “Crisis on Infinite Earths” begins on Sunday, December 8 on The CW.
