20 Television Characters and their Hogwarts Houses
Ravenclaw: Cleverness, wisdom, wit, intellectual ability and creativity.
Elliot Alderson (Mr. Robot)

Elliott is a Cybersecurity Engineer who takes down a pedophile in the first scene of the pilot with barely five clicks. His skills are so high level that he takes down one of the largest corporations in the world alongside the rest of the “fsociety” team.
Plus, he has a fish named QWERTY. Nerdy? Yes, but witty AF.
Nadia Vulvokov (Russian Doll)

The sweet birthday baby is a video game engineer who spends all ten episodes beating Death at its own game. Instead of freaking out every time she meets her demise (key words being every time), she looks closely at her actions and always engineers a way to find Alan in the end.
Sam Winchester (Supernatural)

Sam starts every sentence with either, “so get this,” or “according to the lore.” The man is a walking Google for all things that go bump in the night.
Dean may be the expert in kicking ass, but he has no clue whose ass to kick without his little bro’s work behind the computer.
Veronica Mars (Veronica Mars)

Knowing Veronica, she probably makes a sarcastic quip to the Sorting Hat after it sorts her into Ravenclaw.
Her wittiness is razor-sharp, and it takes real creativity to get her clients out of some of the binds they get into (Duncan and his surprise baby come to mind). She is so intelligent that her teachers came to her in high school to fix their problems.
Ron Swanson (Parks & Recreation)

He would never outwardly proclaim it out of fear for the Ministry stealing his information, but Ron Swanson is a textbook Ravenclaw.
He’s intelligent in that he knows the exact amount of work needed to keep his job, creative in that he is a master woodworker, and witty in his interactions with his the world around him.
Ron is probably a faculty member at Hogwarts and hates every second of it.
Slytherin: Ambitious, shrewd, cunning, strong leaders, and achievement-oriented.
Arya Stark (Game of Thrones)

Arya’s list and how she goes about crossing names off of it probably make her the most feared Hogwarts student of her class. She knows how to get things done without being seen, making her quite the opposite of the teacher’s pet.
Arya’s yearbook superlative is “Most Likely to Use the Cruciatus Curse In Public.”
Cristina Yang (Grey’s Anatomy)

Cristina only ever wants to be the best, and we know this because she flat-out says it. She’s so cunning that even BFF Meredith gets caught in her wake (nothing personal), but in the end, Cristina crosses the finish line as the head of cardiothoracic surgery in Switzerland.
Harvey Specter (Suits)

Harvey took himself from the mailroom to Harvard law and fights in every episode to keep his law firm on top. He’s atypically cunning as he is rarely deceitful to someone’s detriment (rarely is the key word), but he’s the shrewdest of shrewd (remember the time he and Louis threw punches?) if anyone gets in his way.
Hiram Lodge (Riverdale)

“Daddykins” operates in the shadows and doesn’t care about what it takes or who gets hurt to get what he wants. It does not get more ambitious and cunning than working to monopolize Riverdale or looping others in to try and legitimize your criminal empire.
Jacqueline Carlyle (The Bold Type)

Jacqueline is a DREAM Slytherin; in fact, she’s the type of Slytherin that Hogwarts uses in their marketing materials. She leads Scarlet Magazine by empowering those around her, and her ambition keeps the magazine afloat and thriving no matter what obstacles are thrown her way.
