Here we are thinking nothing could possibly top co-dependant sala dancer or competitive salesman brain, and then nineties teen pageant girl brain comes bursting onto the scenes with a vision (board) and butterfly hair clips to prove us wrong.
iZombie Season 5 Episode 9, “The Fresh Princess,” is a story all about how Liv’s life got flipped turned upside down as she relives our most beloved 90s’ tropes and our worst fashion crimes.
We never personally asked for a zombie show where all the undead act like they ate Erica Goldberg but now that we’ve had a taste, the thought of iZombie not giving us this quality content would be devastating.
This episode looks colourful, bubbly, and the tiniest bit irritating — just like the Nineties themselves.
Get ready to sit right down and watch as Liv shows us how she became the princess of a city called Seattle — but not without some assistance first from her mother in another surprise appearance.

Episode description:
Liv and Clive investigate the murder of a beauty pageant contestant; a rival contender claims to be innocent and Liv consumes the murdered woman’s brain in hopes of tracking down the murderer.
