Tim Rozon on Earpers, Doc Holliday, and ‘Wynonna Earp’ Season 3 [Video]

Recently at San Diego Comic-Con, Tim Rozon spoke with reporters about Doc Holliday, Earpers, and what we can look forward to from the remainder Wynonna Earp Season 3.

Rozon teased a rough year for Doc as he and Wynonna face the fallout of having to give up their daughter in order to keep her safe.

“He sent his little girl away and he’s not going to deal with it very well,” Rozon noted.

Doc’s been through a lot, including a roundtrip to hell. Rozon joked that he should be even crazier than what we see of him.

“He’s mortal now so he’ll do whatever he can not to go back to hell.”

Wynonna Earp Season 3 opens big and it doesn’t let up according to Rozon. “It’s Wynonna Earp. There’s going to be romance, demon killing, whiskey drinking, donut throwing, and most importantly, potatoes.”

Rozon teased a powerful scene with co-star Melanie Scrofano for fans to look out for later in the season.

“After that scene, I was like, that was something else,” he hinted. “I think it’s [episode] 307.”

While he loves Wynonna Earp, Rozon loves Earpers even more.

“As much as I love this show and how big this show is becoming, I think my favorite thing is how big this fandom is becoming and how supportive it is of each other,” he said.

At San Diego Comic-Con Rozon shared how much the fans mean to him and how grateful he is to be able to experience this show with them and see how it’s impacted their lives.

“This fandom has let us into their special place, and that’s, for me, the most honoring thing of all.”
