NBC’s ‘Timeless’ NOT Canceled After All!

In a pretty exciting turn of events, fan-favorite series Timeless, which was reported as canceled earlier this week, has now been renewed for a second season!

To say fans were disappointed by news of the cancellation would be an understatement, and it seems like the fans had a lot to do with reversal of that decision.

Or hey, maybe Lucy, Wyatt, and Rufus just went back in time and changed the fate of the show.

Matt Lanter posted the news of the Season 2 renewal on Facebook today, suggesting just such an idea.

Eric Kripke tweeted the news as well.

“The went back 3 days, and changed history. picked us up for 10 episodes. Seriously. Airs next summer.”


Even after posting those tweets, the news got better, because there may be a chance the show will return as earlier as Spring 2018, according to Shawn Ryan.

  • The return of Timeless has been one of the happiest events of my life. That doesn’t mean I haven’t had happy events in my personal life. But the revival of my favorite show of this time has been great!
