Emily in Paris to End with Season 6 on Netflix
Emily Cooper’s European adventures are coming to an end.
Netflix has announced that Emily in Paris will end with its upcoming sixth season. The streamer renewed the show in January of this year.
That news came about a month after the 10-episode fifth season, which followed Emily to Rome, dropped in December 2025.

Lily Collins, the show’s star, shared a video, breaking the news of the show’s final season. “Season 6 will bring you everything you love about the show and serve as the final chapter in Emily’s adventure of a lifetime,” Collins said.
“Our entire cast and crew are pouring our hearts into making this a fantastic farewell season, which we’re now filming. I can’t wait for all of the magic ahead and to celebrate our final season with you in the most chic way yet. We’re so incredibly grateful, and we love you all,” Collins continued.
It also included some behind-the-scenes footage from the previous seasons.
Meanwhile, the streamer shared a photo to commemorate Emily in Paris Season 6 going into production. It shows Collins as Emily in Greece, which seems to confirm that Emily will take up Gabriel on his offer to come to Greece.

Only time will tell what’s in store for all of the characters. For instance, will Mindy marry Nico, or will she rekindle things with Alfie?
Creator, executive producer, and writer Darren Star also shared a statement about the show’s final season. “Making Emily in Paris with this extraordinary cast and crew has been the trip of a lifetime,” he said, per Netflix’s Tudum.
“As we embark on the final season, I am so grateful to Netflix, Paramount, and, most importantly, the fans who have taken this incredible journey with us,” Star continued.
We can’t wait to share this last chapter with you. Thank you for letting us be a part of your lives, inspiring your dreams of travel and your love of Paris. We will always have Emily in Paris!”

With this news, Emily in Paris becomes the third Netflix series set to end with its upcoming season, joining The Night Agent Season 4 and Lincoln Lawyer Season 5.
Emily in Paris Season 5 also starred Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie, Thalia Besson, Paul Forman, Arnaud Binard, Minnie Driver, Bryan Greenberg, and Michèle Laroque.
The show’s executive producers include Tony Hernandez, Lilly Burns, Andrew Fleming, Stephen Brown, Alison Brown, Robin Schiff, Grant Sloss, and Joe Murphy. The show is produced by Paramount Television Studios, Darren Star Productions, and Jax Media.
