Ghosts Season 5 Episode 11, “The Others,” kicks off the show’s return with a significant reveal. As Patience returns to rekindle her romance with Trevor, she brings along the ghosts who have been living in the dirt with her.
These “others” she has famously mentioned in the past turn out to be familiar faces from Flower’s past.

Yes, cult leader Bruce and his followers perished on the property some time after Flower’s bear attack.
Instead of moving into Woodstone Mansion, they found themselves living underground (likely after falling down the same well as Flower).
It’s unclear what Patience and Bruce’s relationship entails as dirt roommates. Given his history of manipulating and preying on the weak, nothing about his time in the dirt can be good for the puritan’s well-being.
Meanwhile, Flower will have to face Bruce and the trauma he inflicted on her during her time at the commune. Thankfully, this time she’s not alone, as her support system steps up to put Bruce in his place.
After the arrival of “the others,” Sam and Jay will also have to deal with a visit from the coroner. Could a gaggle of hippie bodies appearing on the property be enough to raise alarm bells?
As for Trevor, the finance bro will have to deal with his toughest challenge yet as Patience returns with renewed devotion to explore a romantic relationship.
Despite his encouragement that they could never work as a couple, Patience is determined to settle down together.
