What to Expect from The Rookie Season 7 Episode 10: Chaos Agent
The team grapples with a suspicious case and an at-capacity station on The Rookie Season 7 Episode 10, “Chaos Agent.”
John, Lucy, and Angela take point on the first storyline, which involves the stabbing of three teenage girls. The promo video shows Lucy questioning one girl in the hospital and Angela doing the same with another back at the station. It seems that they may meet in the middle, where John says, “They’re both lying.”
The Rookie‘s promo video for “Chaos Agent,” which only includes two of the three girls, raises alarm bells about the third girl’s involvement.
But that question is one of many heading into this episode. Back at the station, the team encounters technical difficulties while managing a group of prisoners. If that’s not enough to juggle, apparently, there is also a wild animal at the Mid-Wilshire Division Police Station. “Chaos Agent” has a lot going on, to say the least.
While The Rookie‘s promotional materials provide no context about the latter, they reveal some information about the former.
Sergeant Wade Grey tells the team that they will be holding some inmates from Twin Towers prison, and Celina eventually relays that the station is “at capacity.” Grey almost (unintentionally, of course) encourages the situation to worsen by saying, “This station can’t get any more chaotic.” Then, the power goes out.
A prisoner that Smitty is with turns on him and steals his gun, adding to the station’s need to go on lockdown. Meanwhile, it seems as though Zander Hawley — known for performing the now infamous “Daddy Cop” song on The Rookie not once but twice — will be at the station when that all happens.

What Happened on the Previous Episode?
Previously on The Rookie, the team rallied around Nyla and her husband James. The latter and his friend Kylie were shot at the end of The Rookie Season 7 Episode 8, “Wildfire.” After an intense episode, they both make it out alive. Angela identified the shooter as Connor Lowe, someone Nyla had previously arrested.
