What to Expect from Suits: LA Season 1 Episode 3: He Knew

Ted discovers help comes in unexpected ways on Suits: LA Season 1 Episode 3, “He Knew.”

Following the revelations that Lester had been stealing money from his partner, who was having an affair with Lester’s wife, Ted’s faith is waning. While he may not want to admit it, the signs continue to point toward the apparent answer: Lester is guilty.

That is, until, as the promo video below indicates, Stuart comes to a potential change of heart. Rather than letting egos get in the way of a man’s possible innocence, it seems he’s taking it upon himself to give Ted valuable information to help Lester.

Meanwhile, Erica and Leah are left to handle business as usual at the firm when they’re posed with an odd request from a client.

What Happened on the Previous Episode?

Previously on Suits: LA, Ted and Kevin were left with opposing views after Lester was forced to admit the truth; he and his partner were stealing from one another. Unlike what Lester initially led Ted to believe, his partner only started acting erratically after Lester confronted him about the funds. That’s when things took a turn, and, according to Lester, he shot himself.

Just when Ted thought he had the entire truth before him, the prosecutor in the case visited him. She revealed that Lester’s wife had been having an affair with his partner, only providing additional motive on Lester’s part.

Meanwhile, Erica took on Rick one-on-one but fell short in the ending moments, losing Dylan Pryor as a client. However, it wasn’t a total loss, as her moment of vulnerability pushed her to open up to Leah in the end.
