Preview — Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 26 Episode 13: Velasco Leads The Case
Velasco has always carried the weight of his personal life while working at SVU. Things get even more complicated for him on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 26 Episode 13, “Extinguished,” when two teenagers are assaulted in his neighborhood.
Even though he is a cop, he knows people in his neck of the woods don’t trust the cops at all, so it will be hard to get them to cooperate with the detectives about what happened. He is the only one who understands them and can gain their trust, or at least try to.

While Benson’s squad works on catching the perp, Velasco’s neighborhood has other ideas, and a group of vigilantes takes over. Can Velasco get them to cooperate with him to find out the perpetrators?
It seems only a community security guard is willing to work with Velasco and trust the cops.
