Preview — Chicago P.D. Season 12 Episode 10: A Case Hits Close to Ruzek and Burgess
Since becoming a father, every case involving a kid has been hard for Ruzek to handle. However, the new case on Chicago P.D. Season 12 Episode 10, “Zoe,” may hit a little too close to home. While Ruzek talks to a little girl about her father and her multiple mothers and their deaths, he begins to wonder who she is and what she’s been through.
Of course, every little girl in danger reminds him of his daughter and pushes Adam to give even more of himself to the case. However, this might not always be the answer. Treating every kid in trouble like he would his daughter might blind him from seeing the full picture.

His relationship with Burgess has been going smoothly. They understand why specific cases may affect one another more than others and have been the support they needed.
However, things may take a turn on “Zoe” when a visitor causes tension between the couple. Can they still be on the same side?
