Mythic Quest Season 4 Trailer Features New Challenges and ‘It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia’ Star
Rob McElhenney and company are back on board for Mythic Quest Season 4!
The official trailer for Mythic Quest Season 4 is here, showcasing new and hilarious workplace challenges with fiery rivalries. Mythic Quest‘s newest season will arrive on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, January 29, on Apple TV+.
Throughout its run, the company behind the game has seen its ups and downs. From confronting venture capitalist businesses to dealing with rival gaming companies, Ian Grimm and his team have seen it all. However, this new trailer presents problems that might be hard to solve.

The Mythic Quest trailer starts with Ian and Poppy enjoying the life even more thanks to Mythic Quest’s success. While everything seems normal, Dana Bryant, a previous tester of the game, has found newfound fame with her new game, Cozy Galaxy. With an aspiring creator on his heels, Ian grows jealous of Dana’s success.
Ian’s only way to “rectify” this situation is to deliver an upcoming update on time. Meanwhile, the rest of the team has to deal with new problems, including Poppy’s new boyfriend, AI-generated content, and a congressional investigation.
The trailer’s ending features more to come, such as the “twins in trouble,” streamer fights, gaming awards, and a nude Ian at the beach. Overall, Season 4 will face a changing video game landscape as “stars rise, egos clash, relationships bloom, and everyone tries to have a little more work-work-life balance.”
Stars Charlotte Nicdao, David Hornsby, Danny Pudi, Ashly Burch, Imani Hakim, Jessie Ennis, and Naomi Ekperigin will also return. Charlie Day, co-creator of Mythic Quest and McElhenney’s co-star on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, will also make his debut on the upcoming season.

Additionally, the anthology spin-off series, Side Quest, will debut on March 26 on Apple TV+. The series will “explore the lives of employees, players, and fans who are impacted by the game.”
Side Quest will star Rob McElhenney, Anna Konkle, Derek Waters, William Stanford Davis, Bria Samoné Henderson, Rome Flynn, Leonard Robinson, Gary Kraus, Annamarie Kasper, Esai Morales, Shalita Grant, and more.
Mythic Quest is executive produced by McElhenney and Day under their RCG banner, Michael Rotenberg and Nicholas Frenkel on behalf of 3Arts, and Margaret Boykin, Austin Dill, and Gérard Guillemot for Ubisoft Film & Television. Hornsby and Ganz also executive produce.
Mythic Quest is produced for Apple TV+ by Lionsgate, 3 Arts Entertainment, and Ubisoft Film & Television.
