The White Lotus Season 3 Premiere Date and Teaser Trailer Revealed by HBO
Put in your vacation request; The White Lotus is returning for Season 3.
HBO announced the new season will premiere on Sunday, February 16, 2025. The White Lotus Season 3 will include eight episodes that air weekly.
This season of the hit drama will follow guests at The White Lotus resort in Thailand. Previous seasons took place at the fictional resort’s locations in Hawaii and Sicily.
New cast members for this season include Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Walton Goggins, Sarah Catherine Hook, Jason Isaacs, Lalisa Manobal, Michelle Monaghan, Sam Nivola, Lek Patravadi, Parker Posey, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tayme Thapthimthong, and Aimee Lou Wood.
Returning to The White Lotus this season is Natasha Rothwell as Belinda, a spa manager from Hawaii who was last seen on Season 1.
Additional cast includes Nicholas Duvernay, Arnas Fedaravičius, Christian Friedel, Scott Glenn, Dom Hetrakul, Julian Kostov, Charlotte Le Bon, Morgana O’Reilly, and Shalini Peir.
The intense teaser trailer shows off the idyllic new location, lots of debauchery, and a body bag. It wouldn’t be a trip to The White Lotus without someone dying. “The social satire is set at an exclusive Thai resort and follows the exploits of various guests and employees over the span of a week,” per the season’s logline.
New character descriptions include Kate, Laurie, and Jaclyn (Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, and Michelle Monaghan) as “three long-time friends on a girls’ trip after not having seen each other for a while.”
Mook (Lalisa Manobal) is “one of the health mentors for guests staying at The White Lotus,” while Rick Hatchett (Walton Goggins) is “a rugged man with a chip on his shoulder, traveling with his girlfriend Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood),” among others.
The White Lotus Season 3 was created, written, and directed by Mike White and executive produced by White, David Bernad, and Mark Kamine.
The White Lotus has been a critical hit for HBO, receiving 43 Emmy nominations and 15 wins across the first two seasons, including Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series for Season 1.
