Preview — Superman & Lois Season 4 Episode 10: The Series Finale and the End of a Super Era
Everything has led to this epic finale.
Superman & Lois Season 4 Episode 10, “It Went By So Fast,” marks the series finale of the final DC TV show on The CW.
It has been eight years since Tyler Hoechlin made his heroic debut as Clark Kent/Superman on Supergirl Season 2 Episode 1, “The Adventures of Supergirl,” and six years since Elizabeth Tulloch stepped into the shoes of DC’s most intrepid journalist, Lois Lane, on Supergirl Season 4 Episode 9, “Elseworlds Part 3.”

Now, their journeys with these iconic characters end after four seasons of their own series — on a different Earth than their Arrowverse counterparts. Superman & Lois Season 1 Episode 1, “Pilot,” premiered in February 2021, and “It Went By So Fast” is the aptly-titled end of that three-year, four-season series.
In their last (on-screen) fight, the Kents will face off against Lex Luthor.
Although the comics-accurate Doomsday is likely somewhere, the man-turned-monster is nowhere to be seen in the photos or promo videos for “It Went By So Fast.”
The shorter promo focuses on the action, featuring Lana Lang and John Henry Irons (minus his suit, of course) stepping in to fight with and for their friends. Meanwhile, the series finale’s trailer hinges on Superman & Lois‘s (very meta) legacy of truth, justice, and a better tomorrow. Cue the waterworks!
