Is someone getting fired? From the looks of the promo video for Chicago Fire Season 13 Episode 3, “All Kinds of Crazy,” that’s a real possibility.

The video shows Pascal saying to someone, “I’m dismissing you from this firehouse.” Meanwhile, Severide is once again working with OFI, and it appears someone is badly hurt after a dangerous call that leads to an explosion.
