Preview — Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 1: Catherine is on a Rampage, Sydney Heron Returns
After firing several of the hospital’s best attendings, Catherine is on a rampage on Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 1, “If Walls Could Talk.”
It looks like Meredith and Amelia will be facing legal action when it comes to their research, and Catherine has the audacity to call Bailey “just another doctor.”

Bailey won’t stand for that, but she will have a blast from the past that feels like it may parallel early episodes. Sydney Heron (Kali Rocha) returns after 17 years to lead the interns and “heal with love,” still bringing the same energy she always did.
Meanwhile, let’s not forget that Jo is pregnant and hasn’t told Link yet. Jackson Avery will also be back this season, at least briefly.
Check out the photos and promo video below for a preview of the Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 premiere, which airs Thursday at 10/9c on ABC. (Note that new time!)
