
Vote for Your Favorite TV Couples! Tell-Tale TV’s Battle of the Ships 2024 (Round 2)
It’s time for Round 2 of the Battle of the Ships, Tell-Tale TV’s annual set of reader polls that allows you to vote for you favorite TV couples and the characters you’re shipping most.
The top 10 couples you voted for from each category in Round 1 of the 2024 Battle of the Ships have now moved on to the second round of the competition. There are a total of five categories.
For couples you most want to see get back together, nominees in Round 2 include Louis and Lestat (Interview with the Vampire), Bradford and Chen (The Rookie), Elizabeth and Lucas (When Calls the Heart), Simone and Lucas (Grey’s Anatomy), and more.
For ships you want to see sail (the characters you want to see get together as a couple), nominees in Round 2 include Charles and Edwin (Dead Boy Detectives), Benson and Stabler (Law & Order: Organized Crime / SVU), Armand and Daniel (Interview with the Vampire), Nandor and Guillermo (What We Do in the Shadows), and Hetty and Trevor (Ghosts) among others.
Then, of course, there are the Ship of the Year categories!
Ship of the Year categories are separated by genre, with categories for comedy, drama, and sci-fi/fantasy/horror series.
Some of those nominees that have made it to the second round for Ship of the Year, Comedy Series include Stede and Ed (Our Flag Means Death), Oliver and Loretta (Only Murders in the Building), Janine and Gregory (Abbott Elementary), and more.
For Ship of the Year, Drama Series, nominees include Maya and Carina (Station 19), Casey and Brett (Chicago Fire), Wesley and Lopez (The Rookie), Chimney and Maddie (9-1-1), and Burgess and Ruzek (Chicago P.D.), among many others.
And for Ship of the Year, Sci-fi/Fantasy/Horror Series, nominees Claudia and Madeleine (Interview with the Vampire), The Doctor and Rogue (Doctor Who), Rick and Michonne (The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live), Jamie and Claire (Outlander), and more.
But again, that’s just naming a few! There are many more nominees listed in the polls below.

Note that for this round, unlike the first round, you may only vote for one choice in each category. Voting is open until Monday, Sepember 2nd at 8:00pm EST! You can vote once a day (every 24 hours) until voting closes.

The top 5 couples from each category will move on to the final round, which begins on Tuesday, September 3rd.

Category #1: Ship You’d Most Like to See Sail
What characters do you want to see get together as a couple already? For this category, the shows must have aired within the time frame, the show must be currently airing, and the characters must currently be on the show. You may only vote for one choice per category in this round.
Category #2: TV Couple You’d Most Like to See Reunite
For this category, the couples listed must be on a TV show that is currently airing, and both characters must technically still be on the show or have the potential to return.
Category #3: Ship of the Year (Comedy or Animated Series)
For this category, ships must come from comedy or animated series that aired between August 2023 and July 2024, and characters must have been on the show during that timeframe. You may only vote for one choice per category in this round.
Category #4: Ship of the Year (Sci-fi/Fantasy Series)
For this category, ships must come from comedy series that aired between August 2023 and July 2024, and characters must have been on the show during that timeframe.
Category #5: Ship of the Year (Drama Series)
For this category, ships must come from comedy series that aired between August 2023 and July 2024, and characters must have been on the show during that timeframe. You may only vote for one choice per category in this round.
