What to Watch on TV: Snowpiercer, Presumed Innocent, and Elite

Welcome to a new week and another round of What to Watch on TV! Our picks for the week of July 21st include shows hitting the screen for the first time, those returning for another season, and long-awaited season finales.

Snowpiercer – Sunday, July 21st

After a two-year hiatus, Snowpiercer returns with Season 4. Rockets shooting through the sky, Melanie sending Till and Ben on an investigation, and New Eden blooming mark the premiere of “Snakes in the Garden.” Snowpiercer premieres Sunday, July 21st at 9/8c on AMC and AMC+.

61st Street – Monday, July 22nd

The return of Franklin Roberts is close. Once again, Franklin’s goal is to expose police brutality, not even his illness can stop him. 61st Street premieres Monday, July 22nd at 9/8c on The CW.

Episode Description: After attacking an innocent man, Officer Logan becomes the subject of a departmental cover-up. Franklin launches a campaign to expose records of police brutality while struggling with his illness. Joshua falls deeper into gang life.

All American: Homecoming – Monday, July 22nd

All American: Homecoming Season 3 continues with a brand new episode, “Right My Wrongs.” Both Simone and Amara face different challenges. One with the tennis team and the other with Nate. All American: Homecoming airs Monday, July 22nd at 8/7c on The CW.

Episode Description: Simone pushes the tennis team a bit too hard and suffers the consequences; Amara clashes with Nate about new campus safety measures.

Dress My Tour – Tuesday, July 23rd

With hundreds of reality shows out there, Dress My Tour is looking to stand out in the fashion world. Contestants will compete to make a name for themselves in the music world. Dress My Tour premieres Tuesday, July 23rd on Hulu.

Presumed Innocent – Wednesday, July 24th

Rusty’s most important trial comes to an end on Presumed Innocent Season 1 Episode 8, “The Verdict.” Will he be convicted for Carolyn’s murder? Or will someone else become the main suspect? Presumed Innocent‘s season finale streams Wednesaday, July 24th on Apple TV+.

Land of Women – Wednesday, July 24th

The Decameron – Thursday, July 25th

Many are the series that based their stories on books. This week, The Decameron joins the group by bringing Giovanni Boccaccio’s story collection to life with a comedic twist. The Decameron premieres Thursday, July 25th on Netflix.

The hunt to find North Star and put an end to Gold Star continues on Criminal Minds: Evolution Season 2 Episode 9, “Stars & Stripes.” After Damien’s death, will Jade continue what they started together? Criminal Minds: Evolution streams Thursday, July 25th on Paramount+.

The Dragon Prince – Friday, July 26th

After a year hiatus, The Dragon Prince is back. During the premiere of its new season, Team Zym must find a way to deal with Aaravos’s prison. The Dragon Prince premieres Friday, July 26th on Netflix.

Love & Marriage: Detroit – Saturday, July 27th

Love & Marriage: Detroit is back with another season, and more families are here to prove their love for the city and why they stick around. Love & Marriage: Detroit Season 2 premieres Saturday, July 27th at 9/8c on OWN.

Series Description: A group of Black families with deep ties to Detroit have decided to stay in the city and prove they can provide the best lives possible for their families.
