Preview — Every Second Counts for ‘The Bear’ in Season 3

There’s been a last-minute change to the menu, chefs!

In a delicious turn of events, The Bear Season 3 will have an early premiere on Wednesday, June 26, at 9/8c. Now, after a long day at work, you can come home and enjoy watching this dysfunctional work family go at each other’s throats.

Season 3 will determine whether Carmy has what it takes to keep his new dining establishment open as he reckons with his desire for perfection and past experiences with toxic environments.

Unfortunately for Carmy, his problems are just beginning after he gets out of that walk-in freezer.

After telling Claire she is an unnecessary roadblock, he starts to question whether he harbors deeper feelings for her.

Meanwhile, the head chef sets to terrorize his seasoned beef stand crew with a new menu daily and non-negotiables Richie calls “scribblings of a mad man.”

As Carmy struggles with his inner demons and demands excellence from his team, Sydney, Tina, Marcus, and the rest of the crew will try their best to meet his intensity. However, when they cannot hack it, tempers will boil over, voices will rise, and plates will be thrown against the wall.

It is going to be fantastic!

With a new set to play in, Ayo Edebiri directing her first episode, and Cicero demanding a return on his investment, The Bear welcomes the return of the fast-paced mayhem we cherish dearly.

All with one goal in mind: to get Syndey her coveted star. But at what cost?

Season description: Season three follows Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, Sydney Adamu, and Richard “Richie” Jerimovich as they do what it takes to elevate The Bear, their beef stand turned fine dining establishment, to the highest level, all while doing their best to stay in business. It’s a losing battle every single day in the restaurant business. Carmy pushes himself harder than ever and demands excellence from his crew, who do their best to match his intensity.

Their quest for culinary excellence will propel the crew to new levels and stress the bonds that hold the restaurant together. As the team grows in size, each member will strive to reach a greater level of service within their role. In the restaurant industry, you’re never on solid ground, and with that ever-changing landscape comes new challenges and opportunities. Our chefs have learned that every second counts, but this season, we’ll find out if they have what it takes to make it to tomorrow.
