Lauren Graham to Star in ‘The Z-Suite’ on Tubi
Lauren Graham is coming back to TV on Tubi’s The Z-Suite!
The generational workplace comedy will be the Fox-owned streaming service’s first scripted, live-action original series.
The Z-Suite is “set at a boutique New York ad agency where generational divides see the established C-Suite and rising Gen Z employees collide,” per its synopsis.
“After a company decision spirals out of control, the agency’s reigning executives are pushed out and the Z-Suite employees are suddenly put in charge, ultimately testing both generations’ skills and patience.”
Graham, who serves as an executive producer on the project, will star as Monica Frazier, “an advertising agency mogul who is fired as CEO and finds herself clawing her way back into the company she helped build.”
The Z-Suite is written by showrunner Katie O’Brien.
“When I first read the script for The Z-Suite I responded to Katie O’Brien’s fresh and funny take on the workplace,” Lauren Graham said.
“The character of Monica is smart, strong, and appealingly a bit unhinged. I’m excited to work with the team at Tubi as they ramp up their Originals slate and continue their ascent in the streaming space,” Graham added.
Graham is best known for her work as Lorelai Gilmore Gilmore Girls, Sarah Braverman on NBC’s Parenthood, and Joan on Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist.
The new series is set to premiere exclusively on Tubi in 2025.

Lance Samuels, Samantha Levine, and Daniel Iron of Blue Ice Pictures, and Eric Wattenberg, Gary Vaynerchuk and Matt Higgins of VaynerWatt executive produce The Z-Suite.
