Murder at the opera? How thrilling for our dysfunctional family investigative team.

So Help Me Todd Season 2 Episode 5, “End on a High Note,” witnesses Margaret, Todd, and Allison attempt a normal family outing… at the opera. A request that indeed came from Margaret.

Fortunately for the visibly bored Todd, this show includes a very real stabbing and an onstage murder that requires his sister to rush on stage in an attempt to save the victim.

When the actor succumbs to their injuries, authorities turn to international opera superstar and massive diva Jaqueline as their prime suspect. This forces Margaret and Todd to take on the case and defend the singer in court.

However, there is one conflict of interest for the law firm. Jaqueline is also Lyle’s mother.

Blackish alum Jenifer Lewis guest stars on what is sure to be a show-stopping outing of So Help Me Todd.
