Ghosts Season 3 Episode 9, “The Traveling Agent,” reveals Pete’s dedication to his job as a Travel Agent when he was alive left an impression.
The season’s penultimate confirms Pete’s ghost power lets him to leave the property. It makes sense that Pete just discovers this because he is the last person to test the property’s boundaries. If given the option between bravely exploring the world or remaining with the group, he would gladly stay put.
So, a power that forces Pete to boldly go where no Woodstone ghosts have gone is his worst nightmare.
His solo walk through the streets is giving “Girl in the Big City” energy. That is until he encounters a delivery robot and immediately flees screaming.
It’s unclear what role the others will have in encouraging Pete to explore his power. Ghosts teases that this new ability will bring him closer to Jay while pushing the two friends farther apart.
We also see Jay return with a shopping bag from the same store Pete can be seen browsing razors in. So, at the least, a shopping trip for the two besties is to be expected.
For the love of god, Jay, please tell us you didn’t leave one of Sam’s ghost children at the store!
Also, given that this is the second-to-last episode of Season 3, we can expect to see Isaac and Nigel working around the clock to ensure their wedding festivities are perfect.
