Preview — Abbott Elementary Season 3 Episode 8: Ava and Gregory Team Up for a Presentation
Abbott Elementary Season 3 Episode 8, “Panel,” is all business as it spotlights several notable storylines and guest stars.
First on the schedule is an Ava and Gregory team-up that will likely be a chaotic follow-up to Janine’s food poisoning fiasco last season.
Gregory and Ava develop that reluctant dynamic as they join a panel on public schools. It is unclear why Tariq is also at this panel and holding a scoreboard, but it is safe to assume the unlikely pairing finds themselves competing against their panelists, played by Tatyana Ali and Brandon Kyle Goodman.
Meanwhile, Janine struggles to secure approval from the district to continue her library program. Could she look to Manny for emotional support? The Josh Segarra girlies sure hope so.
Unfortunately, the other teachers get the worst storyline of the episode as they are forced to complete mandatory CPR training.
They are joined by Mike O’Malley’s Captain Robinson, who plays the course’s lead instructor and our favorite recurring firefighter. His return will surely delight Melissa and irritate Barbara.
However, assisting him is Karan Soni, a police officer who seems to be getting quite friendly with our newly single Jacob.
All in a day’s work for the Abbott crew!
