Preview — The Irrational Season 1 Episode 9: Cheating Life

Alec and Kylie try to prove that a hit and run was a murder caught on video on The Irrational Season 1 Episode 9, “Cheating Life.”

Alec’s latest investigation once again hits close to home after he and Kylie witness a friend being hit by a car during a live stream. While the incident is initially believed to be a tragic accident, Alec and Kylie aren’t so sure.

They believe that their friend was a target and that what they saw during that live stream was actually a murder. They are determined to uncover the truth and find out who killed their friend and why. 

Any time Kylie is front and center on an episode, it’s something to look forward to. Especially after how little we saw of her on The Irrational Season 1 Episode 8, “Scorched Earth.”

Elsewhere on the episode, Marisa and Jace make progress in their investigation into the church bombing, leading them to look into a well-known senator. The potential that a powerful public figure was involved somehow in the bombing certainly ups the stakes of the investigation. 

With only two episodes left this season, things involving the church bombing are rapidly working toward a climax that is bound to have implications for next season.

Episode description: After witnessing a hit and run during a friend’s live stream, Alec and Kylie aim to prove it wasn’t an accident. As Marisa and Jace continue their investigation into the church bombing, they turn their sights on a prominent senator.
