Transplant Season 3 Episode 9 Exclusive Sneak Peek: Rumination
It might be time for Bash to try a new type of treatment for his PTSD on Transplant.
In the clip below from Transplant Season 3 Episode 9, “Rumination,” Bash struggles with sharing his feelings in group therapy, now having gone four sessions without saying a word.
But at the end of a therapy session, he pulls out his father’s broken stethoscope and reveals that he feels guilty for using it and breaking it.

Dr. Esfahani wants him to consider this differently and suggests that Bash could be struggling with rumination. This is when he brings up an alternative therapy he’d like to try.
“I think I shouldn’t have been using it,” Bash tells Dr. Esfahani, referring to the broken stethoscope.
“Then you would never have enjoyed it,” Dr. Esfahani counters, adding that just because it’s broken doesn’t mean it didn’t serve a meaningful purpose. He then asks Bash if they’d spoken yet about “rumination.”
