Preview — Quantum Leap Season 3 Episode : Closure Encounters
The truth is out there, and Ben has to find it to save the lives of two young women on Quantum Leap Season 2 Episode 3, “Closure Encounters.”
On “Closure Encounters,” Ben leaps into the body of an agent for some government organization that investigates unexplained extraterrestrial activity. So basically, Quantum Leap’s take on the X-Files.
Ben is asked to look into a weird incident that lands two young women in the hospital. By the looks of some of the photos from the episode, whatever happens to those girls is pretty traumatic.
Did they encounter beings from another planet? Probably not, but the episode will no doubt have some fun with that possibility while Ben tries to figure out what actually happened.
Viewers can also look forward to seeing Ben and Addison’s first full mission together since Ben’s return. This situation will be difficult for both of them but has to be especially confusing for Ben, who lost three years. It should be interesting to see how he responds to the new dynamic with Addison.
Finally, “Closure Encounters” is the debut of Eliza Taylor, whose casting as a series regular was announced earlier in the summer.
